Sport and daily structure for student-athletes are as important to staying physically and mentally healthy as keeping the 6-foot minimum distance and wearing face masks.
Our classes are set-up outdoors, with fresh air and 10-foot distance between desks. We set-up individual Strength and Conditioning stations (“quaranstations”) and individual rugby or football skills turf areas for each student-athlete.
Our facilities and equipment are disinfected 3 times daily. Our staff wears mandatory face coverings. Our check-in process is like a drive-through, with each car dropping off student-athletes one at a time. Our bathrooms are available one-at-a-time, with cleaning after each use.
